Deceased, do to neighbor poisoning her. Neglect from police NOT doing their job and the apartment complex management NOT doing their job, allowed this to happen. I called the cops right after video recording the neighbor say how she was going to kill my dogs. Because of Covid they said they couldn\’t arrest her at the time, but would come back with a warrant. They never did. Management said they was going to evict her and she still lives here.
