Emotional Support Dog Registration for Scooter

Currently on May 16, 2021 Scooter is a 2 year old Deer head Chihuahua. He has fawn colored fur, big ears, and beautiful light brown eyes. He is a goof at times, but when he knows when I need to get away from the house or we both need to walk he tells me. When I have a depression episode he\’s there cuddling up to me listening to my every silent word. When I cry he lacks my tears away. Most importantly, which he is the best at, is that he makes me and everyone around him smile. Especially when I\’m in a bad mood. Scooter is my emotional support dog, but more importantly he\’s my best friend.
