Emotional Support Dog Registration for Winston Bernard

Winston Bernard Kephart is a pure bred German Rottweiler. He was Born on 03/19/2023 and will come home to live with his family at the end of May. His capacity will be companion and protection for his mom and emotional support for his dad. He will begin his basic obedience training immediately and as he gets a little older will begin Service Training. Once he develops his own voice and personality I\’m sure he will want to say hello personally to all his canine brothers, sisters. Stay tuned for updates and photos.
