This is our Snow

April 30, 2025

Snow is not your typical husky in size or behavior. Snow is medium in size but smaller than most other huskies. Snow is calm, quiet (rarely barks or talks), mellow/low-energy in the house (she doesn’t run or jump onto furniture, she stays laying on the floor wherever it’s cool), and she isn’t destructive (no shoe chewing or tearing the floor or furniture). She weighs about 30 lbs. is fully house trained and enjoys her walks yet, is content to rest and relax beside her owner when at home. Interesting fact, Snow eats when she sees the family eat dinner to prepare herself for her evening walk and always waits at the door to signal when she’s ready to go to the bathroom. Whenever she poops she sits and waits for it to be cleaned up and remains seated until the owner stands next to her, then she stands and waits for a command to return to walking. Snow is as intelligent as she is beautiful. She is well-disciplined and enjoys cheese as a rare treat. Snow does well in any situation, in the car, she prefers to sit in the passenger seat and looks through the window, NOT sticking her head out of it like most dogs. When aggressive dogs bark at her she does not react and walks coolly by them. She is an asset as she offers support for Physical Assistance/Mobility issues for my husband, Emotional Support and she lets you know if she doesn’t like something in her own way.
