Seizure Assistance Dog Registration for Casper

Caspers owner Ron, is diagnosed with panic and anxiety disorders.  In addition..  He has diabetes (subject to diabetic coma), as well as heart decease (11 heart surgeries).  If Casper, this service dog has gained your attention and his owner  Ron is unconscious,  please lend a hand.  Medical instructions are located in the zippered pouchs on Caspers service vest.  Please replace the documents back into the vest for use by additional medical and emergency personal.   Call 911.   If 911 doesn\’t work and there is no emergency personal available please activate the orange call on Caspers vest.  The button is under the SOS flap which lifts up.  Press the button for 5 seconds or so and the device will activate.  It must have a clear view of the sky as it utilizes satellites for communications.
