Service Dog Registration for Sugar

Sugar is trained to alert Jeremy to take his medications, by pawing at his arm or chest.  She also alerts her owner Jeremy when specific behaviors are happening, this assists her owner to stop or adjust behaviors.  She is an 11 pound small dog, white in color.  Maltese/Jack Russell mix.  She has more of the Maltese look to her.
