Emotional Support Dog Registration for Rupert

Rupert is approximately five year old Shil Tzu.  Rupert survived a very devastating situation that damaged his lower mouth & teeth.  It would appear he was shot.  How he survived and who rescued him is unknown, however he has now been adopted by a loving person who adores him, his silly little quirks and teasing nature, but especially his ability to show love and affection. He resides in the mountains, loves guarding the property from \”chippies\”, and afternoon walks to the spring for a cool, crispy drink from the mountain spring.  May he live long as he sure brings happiness to those who know him.
