U.S. Department of Justice — ADA Information Line
The U.S. Department of Justice provides information about the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including general ADA questions, technical assistance, publications and information about filing ADA complaints.

Air Travelers With Disabilities
The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Aviation Consumer Protection Division operates a disability hotline for air travelers who need information or assistance with disability-related issues.

The hotline can provide information about the rights of air travelers with disabilities and can assist with time-sensitive disability-related issues in real time.
Current hours are generally Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time, when the federal government is open.

Disaster & Emergency Assistance
