Lazy but loving

Whenever I have panic attacks he sits on my lap which gives me something to focus on and help keep my hands busy, which helps to keep me from hurting myself. When out in public, specifically crowds, he stays by my side which helps keep me calm knowing that I won’t be completely alone with a bunch or strangers. I also have really bad depression and having something to take care of help in general.
