My Emotional Support Buddy

This is Freya. She is a 2 year old Golden Retriever and my best bud. Over these last 2 years through a series of events I have been diagnosed with PTSD due to extreme work place trauma. If it wasn’t for her during those extremely tough moments being by my side when I break down I don’t know how I would be able to dig myself out from the panic and anxiety attacks that my PTSD brings on. Shes an amazing girl during a PTSD episode. She calmly lays down at my side and just snuggles me, giving gentle kisses until I’m done crying and the panic passes. I couldn’t ask for a better dog to be at my side constantly ?
