Xena is my emotional support dog. My psychiatrist has provided a letter confirming that I benefit from having Xena with me to help manage my anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Even though I cannot upload the letter here, I have it on file. Xena stays with me during appointments to help me feel calm, safe, and supported.
